The experience overall has been great! Since the first initial contact Alen and his team have been pretty much the best provider that I ever worked with. Their answers are insanely fast over the WIX CRM, they took the time to send me screen recordings of the entire process and also actually showed me how to add and change information if I need to on a future from the new E-commerce site they set us up with. In general, besides the great development of my new website and having everything working how I wanted I also appreciated getting the same treatment that I try to give to my clients through my business. Fast, excellent quality and well priced. From now on I will reach out to them for any website solutions....

I can't say enough about Alen Kevorkian. I've had good fortune with WIX contributors so I have pretty high expectations. But I've become pretty savvy with WIX's diy tools that I haven't needed them as much. Till recently.
I needed some extra functionality that exceeded my skillset. I reached out to 10 other contributors who all said it was either impossible, or would require a lot of time and complexity. Alen was my 10th call who explained the matter simply and in plain English. He then created the functionality and graciously walked me through how to tweak it with the DIY tools. Honest quote and pricing. He has both the web engineering chops and the people skills that I needed. Alen is my new go-to-guy....

I was scared to death to hire Alen. I own a massive worldwide company and have always done my own website work and design. But my company has grown and I just could not fine the time, so I took a chance and after wearing Live Web Media out with questions I took a chance and hired them. ...and Alen hit it out of the park!!!
