I initially spoke with Madison at Market Street Web and SEO about my business, our plans for growth, and my lack of understanding of web and SEO. She provided information and perspective that helped me make some important decisions. It almost felt like a business coaching session. She was easy to talk to and patient with me as she fielded my questions. Once I decided to get going she introduced me to Jacob via email. I explained a little bit about my business, and what I thought I needed. In many of our exchanges, I asked for his personal opinion, which he graciously shared, and he then implemented our plan. When my website was finished, I paid the second half of our agreed-upon fee and then received an email reminding me he would remain engaged for 30 days in the event something came up. Both Madison and Jacob have exceeded my expectations on this project....
