1. super late delivery; had to push the delivery dates three times and still failed to finish on time.
2. instead of providing some advice or guidance they even failed to apply the requested design and features and I had to continue on my own.
3. they communicated a package with a cost, and then doubled the cost in the middle of the project without adding any new features.
overall, horrible experience...

I am very well aware of your case as it was rare. After the first discussion, between you and our representative, it was clear that there are going to be basic functionalities. After we analyzed the functionalities, we understood that your website will need to have multiple links and leads to many pages with extra work. We revised the price and clearly offered you a refund. However, you understood and proceeded further with us to complete the work.
The timeline of the project was a week promised during the first discussion, however, it was revised to 20 days considering the amount of work needed to be done.
Regarding the design, Wix has its own limitation. You can't refer to a coded website to have the same design on Wix as it is not possible in most cases. We apologize for any inconvenience you had, however, the inconvenience was due to your less understanding of the Wix platform.... 0,0
Jason was very helpful and guided me through the
obstacles of creating my online-shop.
Meanwhile i can navigate on the wix editor with most of the tools myself which allows me to realize my own taste, but from time to time i need help.
I booked a one year support with Jason to make sure everything works at any time.
the funny thing with Jason is that I had the impression he never sleeps. He was always answering in no time.

Jason was very very quick to call to seal the deal. Once payment had been made it was a different story. I asked for updates on multiple occasions he kept making excuses as to why I couldn’t get an update on the work i had asked to be done.
18 days after I paid for his services I have still had nothing.
Waste of time
I do not recommend this person save your money....
