The Creative Director (Sarah Belzer) is a rockstar. Working with Jump was like working with a global ad agency–but at regular prices. Sarah was/is amazing to work with! For starters, I had submitted my request for a web designer and had a few "bites." I could tell that the responses were few and far between ... I actually went with (and purchased) a program with one of the designers before realizing that they were amateurs and not the professional I was expecting to redo my site.
I was able to get ahold of Sarah and immediately knew she'd be a great fit. She was extremely responsive - and was very clear of A) what she needed and B) what to expect. She gave a firm timeline and outdid my own expectations.
I couldn't be happier with my site - after choosing the "facelift" package. Sarah and I are still in contact - as she's offered several maintenance options as I continue to update my site, 10/10 recommend!...
