I gave them a 5 star on communication only because they talked a good game but did not deliver on what they said.
TrueMarketing Agency missed several planned conference calls with the excuse “I am not a morning person.” They ask for more advertising money before the budget was used up and I had to explain to them how it was not possible the budget was used up. They are not a one stop shop. They work with different companies to do things for them thus getting task done took a lot of time. I could go on but I won’t. I do not recommend them....

My overall experience was top-notch. Zay was persistent and persuasive with me as I was uncertain on how to begin with the website design process. First it is a new business venture for me, then comes all the eCommerce matters. Zay was able to guide me through the process without stress. He also delivers his work on schedule and the best part is that he is patient and professional through and through. He imparts his knowledge and teaches you the methodical strategy in building your own website. As a client, and a student, you feel that you can take this project on your own, right after the tutorial sessions....

After stressing myself into multiple panic attacks trying to market myself, I decided for my own mental health I needed help. True Marketing Agency was an answered prayer. They were patient, knowledgeable, confidence and encouraging while working with me. All I wanted to do was my job/passion and True Marketing Agency allowed me to do that with out breaking the bank.
