Very attentive, very customer-oriented and prompt response to any requests or changes. However, the focus on the client and their wishes comes at the expense of the agency's own creativity. The agency responds to the clients' wishes rather than making its own creative suggestions. This involves a lot of effort for the clients. The client becomes the babysitter who has to keep telling the agency what to do. 

A fabulous experience from start to finish! Anu contacted me very promptly following my initial enquiry and after the first conversation, I was confident that Anogaa was the only company I wanted to work with. The initial versions of the website were stunning and exactly as I had envisioned it. Even with a few unexpected technical glitches along the way, everything was sorted out quickly and professionally. Highly recommend!
