She didn't give much effort to improve the website; it was  just basic. Constantly asked me pay the fee even agreed to pay half of fee after completions. After all payment, she became a goust and not really responds to all we request to do. It took a long time to respond. The website wasn't completed; there were some issues she did not resolve.
