Funky Fossil: Funky Fossil is a creative education brand offering online courses, workshops, downloads, and community-led learning. The challenge was to bring together a growing mix of digital products, learning content, and engagement tools into a website that felt cohesive, easy to manage, and scalable for future growth. I rebuilt and structured the site in Wix with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and automation. This included organising course content, improving navigation across learning resources, and creating a smoother user journey from discovery through to sign-up or purchase. Behind the scenes, the site uses Wix CMS collections to manage dynamic content, alongside automations to support course access, gated content, and customer communications. The result is a flexible, easy-to-update platform that supports Funky Fossil’s creative ethos while giving the business room to grow, launch new courses, and engage its audience more effectively — without adding unnecessary complexity.

The Rubbish Shakespeare Company: The Rubbish Shakespeare Company is a touring theatre company known for fast-paced, interactive, and joyfully chaotic performances of Shakespeare, aimed at audiences of all ages. The website needed to capture that energy while remaining clear, practical, and easy to manage for a small creative team. The brief was to create a site that balanced playfulness with professionalism – showcasing performances, encouraging bookings, and making it simple for venues and audiences to get in touch, without overcomplicating the experience. Built in Wix Studio, the site focuses on strong visual impact, clear messaging, and straightforward navigation, ensuring the company’s personality shines through while still supporting real-world business needs. Key features of the build include: A bold, character-led design reflecting the company’s comedic tone Clear performance and show information structured for quick browsing A simple, accessible contact and enquiry flow for bookings Mobile-first layouts optimised for on-the-go audiences and venues A clean CMS setup allowing easy content updates between tours Cookie consent and data handling aligned with UK requirements The result is a site that feels alive, theatrical, and approachable, without sacrificing usability. The website needed to support a growing national membership, multiple regional areas, and a varied programme of camping meets, while remaining friendly, clear, and easy to use for families. The project was a full Wix Studio build, designed to scale as the club grows. The site combines strong visual storytelling with a robust back-end structure, allowing non-technical admins to manage events, memberships, and content with confidence.
