Teller Senior Coalition: Teller Senior Coalition provides senior services in Teller County. They needed a website that was easy to use for it's seniors, easy to update for their non-profit, and cost effective. We provided them with an easy way for seniors to find their services, schedule transportation, and find local events. Being a non-profit, they also needed ways to donate buttons and many compliance form information sections on the website. We also designed their logo.

Moving on with Mary: Mary is a real estate agent in beautiful Woodland Park, Colorado who needed to brand herself while switching brokerages and beyond. We custom built her listing pages to avoid IDX fees and continue to work with Mary on many marketing projects including social, print, events, ads, and more! We also designed her logo.

Grandmaiter Property Group: This real estate agent needed a personal website because her brokerage only offered informational one pagers for their agent. This is very common in real estate. So, she needed a solution to showcase herself a little better while gaining Search Engine Optimization for herself. We built out her listings pages that can easily be duplicated and updated so she would not have to pay for an IDX program. We also built out "service area pages" to gain even better SEO in the areas she likes to work in Texas.

Clear Vacation Rentals: This client needed a website for their 7 vacation rental properties in Hawaii, Colorado, and Georgia. They needed the website to supplement their existing AirBNB and VRBO listings. Their customers can easily request more info and book directly or go to AirBNB and VRBO to book these properties.

M Lazy C Ranch Weddings: M Lazy C Ranch had a main website but needed a subdomain smaller site when they decided to become a wedding venue with views of the mountains in beautiful Colorado. They needed a simple site with information about weddings, how to book, chat features to compliment their main website. We designed their logo and continue to work with this ranch and their other businesses for ongoing marketing.

They also needed to integrate an automatic IDX solution so that their current listings, under contract, and recently sold would populate automatically from the MLS. Red River Trout Dock: Red River Trout Dock bought this business from previous owners of over 30 years. Their online presence was a simple information html website. They needed to take online RV and Cabin reservations, book boat rentals, and provide fishing guide trips. We provided a seamless solution that is easy for their staff to use and looks great. They are 90% booked for the rest of the summer in under 30 days after launch. We also designed their logo.
