R.U.N. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) established on October 21, 2016 in Dallas, TX.  An acronym for “aRe yoU iN, with Christ”, its vision is to help others “go beyond their own understanding and strength” with an assisting mission to provide motivation and inspiration to individuals to live healthier lives mentally and physically through Christ.

The Dream Incentive helps millennial, gen x, and lgbt+ professionals that are stuck in survival mode cut the bull, master their discipline, and achieve their most abundant life. This is done through certified coaching, reiki healing, and energy shifting techniques that help you explore parts of life that have been abandoned. My certified process also identifies and eliminates blocks that hinder your progress toward success. I am experienced in personal, brand, and business development, emotional healing techniques, project management, conflict resolution, team building, motivational speaking, marketing, and working with diverse populations. I am excited to apply my expertise to help you create a well nourished life that you can be proud of. Let us support you in giving yourself an incentive to live your deepest dreams.

A nonprofit entity designed to empower and encourage survivors of domestic violence. The Foundation was established to assist indirectly in rebuilding the lives of survivors of family/domestic violence, including for such purposes, providing tangible resources and making distributions to organizations that support rebuilding the family and the lives of broken people. These organizations must qualify as exempt organizations under section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS code.
