When you connect the app, Woizer reads your site's pages, products and services and builds a knowledge base. Visitors can then ask questions by voice or text, at any hour, and receive answers based on your site's content. The agent is designed for natural conversation rather than fixed scripts or button menus, and it can act on the page as it talks. When a visitor asks about a product, it can scroll to it and highlight it. When they need information, it can open the relevant page for them. When they want to get in touch or book, it can help them fill in your contact or booking form through conversation. From the Woizer dashboard you can adjust the agent's voice, greeting and widget style, add facts it should know, and refresh its knowledge when your site changes. Each conversation is saved with a transcript and a short summary, so you can see what visitors ask about. Woizer speaks English and many other languages, and can handle more than one conversation at a time. It gives visitors another way to reach your business, including outside office hours.
