It takes the request. You keep the diary. A visitor chooses what they want, says which day would suit them and roughly what time, answers your own questions, and leaves a name and one way to reach them. It arrives in your dashboard. You answer from your own email address and mark it confirmed or declined. There is no calendar of availability, no slot, no staff member, no cart, no order total and no payment — so there is nothing here that can stop working on your live site. And it never sends an email to anybody, so nothing can bounce, land in spam, or reach your customer with a placeholder where their name should be. No cap on requests, on any plan, ever. No badge and no watermark on any plan, ever. Your own questions, your own wording, all four arrangements, every design control, the days you never work, how far ahead people may ask, spam protection and CSV export are all free. Pro adds a different form on every page, holidays and a daily limit, members-only sending, tags and saved replies.
