A help centre for the answers that take more than a sentence.
Write articles with headings, steps, quotes, code and pictures. Press Enter and you get a new line — it does what you expect. Group them into topics, then put the billing articles on the billing page and the delivery ones on the delivery page.
There is no cap on articles, topics or placements, on any plan, ever.
Search runs in the visitor's browser and reaches inside the articles' own words, not only their titles — so the one word buried in paragraph nine is found at once, with nothing to wait for.
The page loads the shelf, not the library: one request per placement, and an article arrives only when somebody opens it.
Ask whether an article helped, and read the answers. Nobody can type anything into it — the reasons are yours, written in advance — so there is no inbox and no spam.
Every article publishes Article structured data, on every plan. No watermark and no badge on any plan, ever. It adds itself to no page and creates no pages — it appears where you drag it. Runs on Studio, the classic editor and Harmony.
Short questions that fold open are an FAQ. This is for the longer answers, the ones with steps in them.
