Roomkeep lets guests book your rooms directly on your website. I made it for bed and breakfasts, guesthouses, small hotels and holiday rentals that want a simple booking flow that works well on a phone. Guests choose their dates, see the rooms that are free with the full price for their stay, add extras such as breakfast or parking, enter their details and confirm. At the moment of booking every night is checked again, so two guests can never take the same night. You confirm requests, add phone bookings and close dates in the dashboard, which also works on a phone. You name each room yourself and add photos, amenities, house rules, a minimum stay and how far ahead guests can book. Paid plans add instant booking, seasonal and weekend rates, extras, coupons and translations that follow the language of your site. Business adds several properties and calendar links from online travel channels. Guests pay you directly, at the property or the way you agree. Roomkeep never takes a commission or a fee per booking; you pay a flat monthly plan. Rooms and bookings are kept in your own site's CMS. The booking widget is shown on published sites with a Premium plan and a connected domain.
