GiftBar turns a spend goal into a free gift. You set the amount a shopper has to spend and pick the product they get for nothing. GiftBar builds the matching discount rule in your own discounts list and shows a progress bar in your side cart. The bar lives in the side cart, the panel that slides out when a shopper adds something. A site using the full cart page will not show it, so check yours. Once the cart is over the amount the bar offers a button and the shopper adds the gift. Nothing is put in a cart, or taken out, without being asked. The figure on the bar comes from the discount rule itself, checked before a shopper sees anything, so a rule that has been switched off or deleted stops the bar instead of counting shoppers down to nothing. Choose a gift you do not otherwise sell: while an offer is live it is free for any shopper over the amount, in every size and colour. A discount fixes a whole line, so extra ones are likely free too, and a coupon can be used as well. Removing the app deletes the discounts it made, but it is best effort, so check afterwards. One offer runs at a time. GiftBar is free, reads no orders, stores nothing about shoppers and uses no AI.
