A guest list is rarely useful as it comes. The caterer wants names and meal choices, the door team wants a sheet to tick, and the venue wants a head count. One long list means deleting columns and re-sorting rows for every event.
Open the app from its page in your site dashboard, choose an event and load the guests. Tick the columns you need, from name, email, phone, ticket and order number to each of your own registration questions, and move them into order with the arrows. Filter to attending guests, search, sort, and group by ticket type or by the answer to a question, with a subtotal for each group. Save a set of columns under a name such as "Caterer list" and apply it to the next event. The free plan keeps one template and the first 50 guests of an event.
Download a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, or, on the Pro plan, print a sign-in sheet with a blank box in front of each row. The header repeats on every page and the total number of people is shown, plus-ones included. Pro also keeps up to 50 templates and lists up to 20,000 guests per event.
Guest rows are read when you load them and are not kept by the app. Only your saved column templates are stored.
