Change my review from 1 star to 5 startthe printing format was explained to me after the techs look into what was happening. which was easily to understand. now i know what proper steps are to print labels works perfectly

Same Issue, Fix please!I am receiving the same message and can not print labels. I will have to switch apps if this isn't fixed. There is no information on WIX on how to fix it.
