When a client cancels, the empty slot usually stays empty. SmartPilot Waitlist fills it for you. Customers join a waitlist right from your booking service page and choose the days and times that suit them. The moment a booking is canceled or rescheduled, the app finds the waiting customers who fit that slot and emails them an offer with a direct booking link, and whoever books first gets it. You get an alert in your dashboard and by email, and the overview shows how many slots were filled from the waitlist and how much revenue came back. You stay in control: set quiet hours, how long before the appointment to stop offering, which services have a waitlist, and offer a slot to a specific customer yourself. The form and messages work in English, Hebrew, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Arabic and Russian, right-to-left included. Start with a 14-day free trial, no credit card needed.
