StatementPal helps freelancers and small businesses paid through PayPal or Stripe create proper invoices for payments they've already received.
When clients pay through a checkout, payment button, payment link or subscription, PayPal and Stripe record the payment on your statement, but no invoice is created. In many countries, accountants and tax offices still expect an invoice for each payment, and these are often prepared by hand every month. StatementPal is designed to make that much quicker.
The app reads the CSV statement you download from PayPal or Stripe and lists your incoming payments, so you can choose the ones that need an invoice. Each invoice is numbered in sequence and includes your logo, your business details, and your client's address and VAT or tax number. Client details are saved once and reused on future invoices. Invoices can be downloaded individually or together as PDFs, and a dashboard gives an overview of what you've received each month and what has been invoiced.
StatementPal never asks for your PayPal or Stripe login, and your data is permanently deleted 30 days after you uninstall the app.
StatementPal is not affiliated with PayPal or Stripe.
