SimplyBoost AI Chatbot is an AI customer service chatbot for your site. It reads your published pages and any documents you add, and uses them to answer visitors' questions in a chat widget on every page. It can reply in the visitor's language and stays available outside your opening hours, which can help visitors find answers without waiting for your team. When a question needs a person, the conversation can be handed over to you as live chat, and a ticket helps you keep track of it. Visitors who would like to hear back can leave their name, email address or phone number in a short form, so your team can follow up. Each week you can review the questions the chatbot could not answer from your pages. An answer you add once can then be used for similar questions.
