Yes, anyone can access Wixel under the free plan. If you need more AI credits, you can always upgrade to one of the paid plans.

Wixel’s free plan gives you 50 AI credits per week that you can use for any AI feature. Every action you take with AI uses credits, and complex tasks use more credits than simpler ones.

AI credits give you a certain amount of AI usage for things like generating images, videos, logos, docs, and forms. They also cover edits you make with AI. The number of credits each action uses depends on how complex your request is. You’ll always be able to see how many credits you have left in the editor or under your account settings.

Credits renew automatically based on your plan. If you have a free plan, your AI credits will renew weekly. If you have a paid plan, your AI credits will renew every month. Any unused credits don’t roll over to the next renewal period. You can find out more about AI credits and how they work in this article.

If you use up your 2,000 AI credits available under Wixel’s Max plan before they renew, you’ll be able to purchase a top-up of 500 additional AI credits for $25. Top-up credits continue to roll over every month, and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Wixel is an AI-powered design platform created by Wix. In order to use Wixel, you need to create a Wix account. When you purchase a yearly Wixel Pro or Max plan, you'll receive a voucher for a 1-year Wix Light plan and free domain.

You can purchase a paid plan on either a monthly or yearly basis. For a monthly subscription, you’ll be charged each month, and for a yearly subscription you’ll be charged once annually. You can view your subscription, renewal dates and billing history under your account.

If you cancel your Wixel plan within 14 days of upgrading, you will receive a full refund for your chosen plan. The refund is applicable only to the initial purchase of a paid plan (an upgrade from the free plan), and does not apply to any additional or subsequent purchases (including top-up purchases), upgrades, or renewals.

To cancel, visit your account settings page. When you cancel your plan, all AI credits that you had available under the plan will be removed, and you will go back to the credit allowance that’s offered under Wixel’s free plan.

After you purchase a yearly Wixel Pro or Max plan, you'll get an email with detailed instructions on how to claim your free Wix website plan and domain, which starts with creating a Wix website. Once your site is created, you can upgrade from anywhere in the platform and the voucher will be automatically applied at checkout.

With a voucher for a Wix Light plan free for 1 year, you'll be able to launch a branded site and build and manage your online presence.

Please note that the Wix voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of your Wixel purchase, it applies to initial purchases only, and is non-transferable.
