FAQ
What does it mean to be a Wix Studio community leader?
Our Studio community leaders are passionate facilitators who bring people together to create a thriving community. Whether you choose to organize in-person get-togethers and fun local events, or lead online communities and engage in online discussions, you'll inspire collaboration, belonging and impact meaningful change.
How do I apply to become a leader?
The application process is pretty straightforward and designed to ensure the best selection for either events or online leadership roles. The first step is to complete the application form. We will review it, and if you qualify, you’ll meet with one of our community managers. It’s a chance for us to get to know you better and chat about which leadership role might suit you best. If you’re the right fit for the role, we’ll let you know. Once you’ve accepted the role, we’ll onboard you to the program.
Am I eligible to become a community leader?
If you are over the age of 18, actively use Wix Studio, and have a genuine passion for the Studio community, you are eligible to apply. Take a look at our Wix Studio Community Code of Conduct to familiarize yourself with our values and read the leader program terms and conditions for more information.
What are the benefits of becoming a Wix Studio community leader?
As a community leader, you’ll have the advantage of being among the first to hear about updates, test new features and exclusive product demos. Be part of the private leaders channel with other community leaders and showcase your badge and official status across your social channels and sites. Plus, enjoy perks like event tickets, swag and a complimentary premium plan.
Can I make money as a community leader?
While it is possible to monetize your activities in your own time, participation is voluntary so there are no official opportunities to be compensated as a Studio community leader.
